Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to exercise your rights. Last updated 2026-08-05.
Who is responsible for your data
Pixentaweb is operated by Pixeled, which is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
Information you give us
The contact form on this website does not submit anything to a server and does not store what you type into it, so we receive no copy of it. If you contact us by email or telephone using the details published on this site, we hold your message and contact details only for as long as it takes to answer you.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs. These may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you requested, referring page and the date and time of the request. This is used to keep the site running securely and to diagnose faults.
Advertising and click measurement
The links to the featured product carry tracking parameters that allow the advertiser or its affiliate network to attribute a visit to this website. Those parameters are generated when the page loads and are passed to the advertiser when you click. Once you leave this site, the advertiser’s own privacy policy governs what happens next.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children.
- We do not ask for financial details, payment card numbers or account credentials on this website.
- We do not require you to create an account.
Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests — operating and securing the website, and responding to enquiries you send us.
- Consent — where consent is required for any non-essential tracking, collected through the mechanism presented to you at the time.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain information to comply with the law.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website is built as a set of static pages and does not set advertising cookies of its own. Cookies may be set by third parties if you follow an outbound link to the advertiser, and by our font provider when fonts are requested. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so does not prevent you from reading this site.
Sharing
We share personal data only with our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, with the advertiser or affiliate network to the extent described under click measurement above, and where we are required to do so by law.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short retention window set by our hosting provider and are then overwritten.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@pixentaweb.com. We will respond within one month, and will tell you if we need longer. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and we apply standard security headers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited data we hold.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
